
This is my plan of attack. I figure if I keep a ziplock container of clean and cut up veggies and/or fruits in the fridge, the kids and I will always have a ready snack that is low calorie and high nutrient. My excuse has always been that I didn't want to spend the time cleaning and cutting my snack. No excuses now.
